DPMAnutzerforum - The DPMA's specialist event for industrial property rights
Innovation - made in Germany.
The DPMAnutzerforum 2024 is all about innovation. In addition to a keynote speech on the topic, we will hold a panel discussion on the question of how much innovative strength there is in SMEs. New to the program this time is a debate between two proven experts on the extent to which industrial property rights promote or hinder successful innovation. Finally, we change perspective and look back: we take stock of what has happened in the first year since the introduction of the unitary patent. Of course, we will also be interviewing the Federal Ministry of Justice again to shed light on the legal innovations in the field of industrial property protection.
In addition, on March 20, 2024, we will offer five in-depth online contributions by our staff from all departments on the diverse topics of the DPMA.
