As a natural person applying for an IP right at the German Patent and Trade Mark Office, you must submit the supplementary declaration, see Notice of the President No 1/2024. Without the supplementary declaration (Zusatzerklärung von natürlichen Personen), the German Patent and Trade Mark Office will not process your IP right application(s).
